Founded in 1916, Eger Health Care and Rehabilitation Center follows a tradition built on compassion, nurtured with experience and skill, and sensitive to the changing needs of the people who seek our care and services.

More than a residential healthcare facility, Eger today offers dedicated programs of restorative and post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, case management, hospice care, and respite services to help residents and their caregivers.

Located on a serenely wooded 22 acre campus, Eger is a multifaceted facility with 378 skilled nursing beds that strives for individualized resident-centered services.
